This was a belowgrade Built-up project.  The dome section and the Federal Courts building both have a balasted E.P.D.M system with pavers.

This was a Single Ply project originally 600,000 Sq. Ft.

Until an addition was added in the fall of 1998 bringing the total size to 950,000 Sq. Ft.

This was a Belowgrade waterproof project using Presidential and Celotex products on a 13/12 slope with new copper sheet metal. 

This is the Visitor information center. The building is located on a cliff high above a river making this a challenging but attainable new shingle application.

This is a Built-Up project.  The building has a modified Built-Up roof system with a new type of roof insulator.

This building has a Built-Up modified roofing system with a 20 year warranty!  A Belowgrade waterproofing and deck waterproofing system was employed.

Dampproofing of the building was accomplished with a self adhering sheet to all exterior walls above ground level
